Lifelike Safari Settings

Jungala intertwines kids’ activities like rope climbing and mazes with animal interactions. Observe apes and monkeys in Myombe Reserve, or go bird watching in Bird Gardens, home to over 500 species of tropical birds. Ride the Serengeti Express Railway through a 65-acre Serengeti habitat; take a night safari and witness the nocturnal behaviors of hippos, lions, and hyenas; or take the Sunset Safari and hand-feed giraffes while encountering other African wildlife. A Keeper for a Day tour is also available for a behind-the-scenes look at Zoo Keeping 101.

KaTongaShows and Attractions

KaTonga: Musical Tales from the Jungle takes viewers on a journey through traditional African music, dancing and folklore. For younger audiences, and animal enthusiasts, there is Critter Castaways; a comical show involving a variety of pets and animals that is sure to leave the audience laughing.

In Germany, a three-story-high Glockenspiel charms guests with a performance every fifteen minutes while medieval Germanic style is brought to life through the buildings and décor. Gift shops offer authentic items from hand-carved cuckoo clocks, to hand-painted beer steins. In addition, Germany houses many rides, including roller coasters and children’s play areas.

A taste of Italy

Venture into a quaint Italian village where romantic music and architecture create the backdrop to authentic cuisine. A trip through the city of Pompeii, will offer brave guests a chance to escape from angry Mt. Vesuvius aboard a thrilling water ride.
