Star Wars fans can use the Force in Orlando at Disney’s Hollywood Studios®—a vacation galaxy not so far, far away. Epic adventures get under way the moment you and your family enter the park. If you’re one of the Rebels, proceed with caution—dastardly members from the Dark Side are on a mission: prevent “Rebel Scum” from getting in. But don’t worry too much. They’ve also been ordered to welcome everyone to enjoy Star Wars experiences.
Here are some great activities to enjoy on a Star Wars vacation:
Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party
Now through March 19, 2016, you and your family can enjoy the sweet side of Star Wars at Symphony in the Stars: A Galactic Dessert Party. This all-new experience features out-of-this-world desserts like Darth Vader cupcakes along with speciality drinks. The Force is definitely with you at this event because you get to take home a souvenir Chewbacca stein. You’ll also enjoy a night of music, magic and fireworks during this exciting Star Wars adventure—all from the comfort of your reserved seating area.
Star Wars Launch Bay
Surround yourself with movie props and exhibits that highlight and celebrate the Star Wars saga. Located in Animation Courtyard, Star Wars Launch Bay gives guests an opportunity to get up close and personal with replicas of Star Wars props, view screenings of special film shorts and take pictures with Chewbacca and Darth Vader.
Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple
Kids between the ages of 4 and 12 can train to learn how to harness the Force during a Star Wars vacation. Under the guidance of a Jedi Master, kids will be given a brown robe, train to become Jedi Knights, and take the Jedi Oath pledging allegiance to help defeat the Dark Side.
