If you were looking for a quick, fun-filled activity to partake in during your vacation to the Smoky Mountains, look no further. Firehouse Mini Golf, located in the center of the Walden’s Landing shopping center on the Pigeon Forge Parkway.
More than just Mini Golf at Firehouse Golf in Walden’s Landing…
There are no shortages of miniature golf courses within walking distance of just about any Pigeon Forge hotel or resort. However, Firehouse Mini Golf stands out for being a winding and twisting, scenic 36-hole course themed around a group of woodland animal cartoon characters. Each larger-than-life character is dressed up in firefighter’s gear and uniforms, and there are several of these figures located throughout the course . . . real kid-pleasers. You might want to slip a camera into your pocket.
Firehouse Golf is one of the biggest, most popular and most fun of all the Pigeon Forge mini golf locations. The course is surrounded by small ponds and six different waterfalls, so boredom will not creep in between any of the three dozen attempts at a hole-in-one.
When the family is done playing golf, walk to any of the Walden’s Landing shops, restaurants or cinema, which are literally just a few steps from the course. Unlike most shopping centers that have one or two mini golf locations around the area, Walden’s Landing is actually built around Firehouse Golf, so visitors can have a crack at a round of golf at any point in time that they wish, without travel or hassle.
Walden’s Landing is open from 9am to midnight almost every day throughout the year, and Firehouse Golf is open from 10am to 10pm.
Firehouse Golf at Walden’s Landing should no doubt be a part of everyone’s vacation at Pigeon Forge.
