Get into shape and try out your spiking skills by playing beach volleyball. Numerous hotels in AC rent out beach volleyball nets. If you are interested in windsurfing and kayaking, the beach along Jackson Avenue permits these activities, but no rentals for equipment are available and there is also no lifeguard on duty. So swim at your own risk!

Atlantic City has become a shopper’s paradise with several options to choose from for a little retail therapy during your vacation. The Quarter at Tropicana features stores unique to Atlantic City. Here you can enjoy Jake’s Dog House, Swarovski, The Hat Emporium and The Old Farmer’s Almanac General Store. The Walk, also called Tanger® Outlets, has several popular retail outlets for the active shopper to choose from. These include Nautica, Timberland and Banana Republic to name a few.
