Bluegreen Colorful Places

Love at First Site

"The sounds of the woods drifted into the Virginia sky and shared it with the moon. It felt just like home!"

Everything around you is an opportunity to grab a hold of and enjoy. Bluegreen's RV neighborhood at Shenandoah Crossing is the perfect place to explore your sense of adventure and take part in unique experiences that create lasting memories.

According to a survey conducted by Robert Hitlin Associates, RVs bring families together and teach a respect for nature. For outdoors lovers, getting away to this Bluegreen destination in Gordonsville, Virginia, was something they were eager to try.

Every private, landscaped site features an all-weather pad with water, sewer, electric, hooks ups and more. "We were pleasantly surprised when we got there," remarked Lynn Hector of Havelock, NC. "The site was beautifully set up and easy to pull into. We didn't  even have to take out our grill. Plus, there was a neat fire pit for us to gather around."

"The RV sites were spacious, the facility was well-maintained, the BBQ was big and there was more furniture than you normally find at sites like these," explained Kathleen Bush of Niceville, FL.

Nestled on 1,000 acres of rolling hillside and lush pastures with a 60-acre lake, this family-friendly resort is perfect for horseback riding, hiking, biking, fishing, mini-golf and boat rentals. "If you like to stay busy and on the go, you'll never be at a loss for things to do," declared Regina Martin of Salem, VA. "Shenandoah Crossing has everything you could possibly need to have a good time."

Our Bluegreen RVers commented that the General Store in The Wilderness Traveler area had an inviting, authentic atmosphere—and was the perfect place to shop for convenience items.

Those with many RV miles behind them we're also impressed with the property and amenities. "My family's been all over the country," said Randy Luker of Calhoun, GA. "This was our first time camping with Bluegreen—and it was by far one of our best RVing experiences. Relaxing in our private hot tub [on our Presidential RV site] made the stay even more amazing."

Shenandoah Valley is the perfect place to sample the RV lifestyle—even if you don't have an RV of your own. With stylish new stationary RVs already in place, complete with fresh linens, your very own kitchen and a single bath, you just might become a fan of traveling in your own home.
