On your next trip to The Big Apple, you will wake up refreshed from your stay at
The Manhattan Club. What better way to start a day of sightseeing than with drinks and food at
The Grey Dog. Featuring three locations in
New York City, it is a place that is perfect to get your caffeine fix all day long, with tasty, fresh and affordable food selections as well.
The Grey Dog has two cozy cafe locations in West Village and Greenwich Village, and a larger spot in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan, be sure to plan a visit here to rest your feet from wandering the exciting city streets of NYC. Since 1996, they have served up soups and sandwiches, with a variety of teas and coffee drinks to wash it down. Or if you are in need of something stronger, grab yourself a pint of beer or glass of wine.
The Environment of The Grey Dog

The Grey Dog has received plenty of praise from locals on the social media sites and is one of New York City’s best cafes. It’s where hipsters work, but also love to hang. Guests love its laid back atmosphere, and especially the food and drinks. It is the perfect place to wind down and break up a busy day in Manhattan, on your Bluegreen vacation.
Artwork fills the walls and the chalkboard lists all the menu selections to choose from. Just step up to the counter to order your meal and beverage, which will be brought to your table when it’s ready. Breakfast is served until 3:00 pm, with options like Challah French Toast with fresh fruit, Breakfast Quesadilla, or the Egg Sandwich with Cheese on a Croissant. Hearty salads fill the menu including Greek, Cobb, and the Seared Tuna Steak Salad, or go for something heartier like the warm Sharp Cheddar Mac & Cheese or a burger.
The Grey Dog - Food, Drink and Desserts

You can see all the fresh breads lining the shelves, ready to be sliced thick, and made into sandwiches. Diners can’t get enough of the Michigan Sandwiches, served on your choice of bread, with combinations like the #1, featuring roasted turkey, brie, plum tomato and raspberry mustard, or the #6, a pressed grilled chicken sandwich with fresh mozzarella, pesto and roasted tomato. There are also classics like BLT or Reuben, along with options for the vegetarians out there: they have a grilled tofu wrap with spinach, mushrooms, and ginger or a pressed veggie sandwich, featuring herb goat cheese and roasted vegetables, with sides like sweet potato fries.
To quench your thirst during your busy vacation, flavored hot or iced teas and coffees are aplenty at The Grey Dog. And for dessert, fresh cupcakes and huge cookies end the meal on a sweet note. You can even go for the pies and fruit cobblers, which can be seen through the glass cases in large baking dishes, ready to satisfy your sweet tooth.

th, is less than 10 minutes drive or 2 miles from the Manhattan Club, while the other two Grey Dog locations in Greenwich and West Village are around 3 miles from the luxurious Manhattan Club.
