1. Hershey's Chocolate World
A sweet tooth can't be ignored for too long. Learn everything there is to know about making chocolate on the chocolate tour ride. Use that knowledge later on when creating a one of a kind cupcake, sundae, or chocolate bar.

2. Gettysburg National Military Park
The Battle of Gettysburg was the turning point in the Civil War. Abraham Lincoln also delivered one of his most famous speeches here. It is worthwhile to take your time while absorbing all of the details of one of most important historical sites in the American story.

3. Whitaker Science Center
Exploration of the arts and sciences is just the beginning at the Whitaker Science Center. In the Big Science Theater, performers educate the audience about how science and the arts can actually come together.

4. Amish County
How frustrating is it when the electricity goes out? Try living without electricity at all. Life becomes much more simple. The Amish live modestly and hold on to the traditions passed on from their ancestors.

5. Chocolate Avenue Grill
The chefs here like detail. Expect creative and delicious dishes. Try the Portabella Sticks, which are a twist on mozzarella sticks or chicken fingers. Either way, they're good!

6. Hersheypark
No, this isn't a theme park where the water is made of chocolate, but the rides and entertainment are still sweet. There are 11 rollercoasters, 4 water rides and award winning shows.

7. Golfing
Take a swing at playing golf at the Hershey Golf Collection. There are a few lush green courses where a straightforward game of golf is in order. There is even a beginner course, Spring Creek, that will let a novice try his luck on a nine-hole course.

8. Dutch Wonderland
This family friendly theme park is perfect for even the smallest member of the group. Most rides are accessible to someone under 36 inches. Some are only accessible to someone under 36 inches. At Dutch Wonderland, the kids rule!

9. Hershey Pantry
The food at Hershey Pantry is really great, but we advise you not to fill up! Save room to try a few of the desserts. The pleasant environment is welcoming and feels very much like a local diner.

10. National Civil War Museum
Learn the entirety of the Civil War. Balanced displays from both sides, Union and Confederate, give a visitor an accurate account as to what occurred in this divided time in history.
