Cadillac Ranch has locations right near Bluegreen resorts, including Bluegreen Club 36 in Las Vegas, Nevada, Solara Surfside in Miami, Florida and Cibola Vista Resort and Spa in Peoria, Arizona. This spacious restaurant serves up only the best All-American cuisine, using top ingredients. The décor is inspired by classic and modern Rock N’ Roll, combined with a lively patriotic atmosphere.
Enjoy a menu filled with appetizers, soups, and salads, as well as sandwiches, entrees, and desserts. Starters on the menu include the loaded baked potato soup, pulled pork sliders, and the spinach, artichoke, and jumbo lump crab dip, baked with a 4 cheese blend and served with crispy flatbread.
