Everybody remembers The Lion King, possibly the best Disney flick of the 90s. If anyone ever says “Mufassaaaahhhhh” with a deep, raspy voice, you know what movie it’s coming from. The song The Lion Sleeps Tonight was made famous by this movie and Timon and Pumbaa will forever be remembered as the 2 Stooges. Whoopi Goldberg was a hyena, Matthew Broderick was grown-up Simba and the young heartthrob, Jonathan Taylor Thomas was young Simba. Lion King was the best. Now, to the thrill of young and old alike, Lion King on Broadway can be seen by all (queue the trumpets). This is a must-see show for anyone visiting Las Vegas, especially those on a Bluegreen vacation.
