Let's start in Zeus' Playground, the outdoor theme park. The biggest attraction here is the wooden roller coaster Hades, ranked among the top wooden coasters in the country every year since it opened in 2005. Hades is known for the 65-degree, 140-foot plummet into the longest underground roller coaster tunnel in the world.

Go-kart lovers have exotic courses in Zeus' Playground including the Trojan Horse, which takes racers through the belly of the famous, huge, wooden horse, and the Poseidon Underwater Go-Kart Track.

Neptune's Water Kingdom is an outdoor park featuring water slides of all kinds, from speed slides with names like Thunder and Lightning to raft slides like Triton's Rage and Triton's Fury to kiddie slides like Little Dipper. The best-known attraction at Neptune's Water Kingdom, though, is Poseidon's Rage, a wave pool featuring a 9-foot surf wave, highest in the United States and second highest in the world. Inside the Parthenon, the first indoor theme park ever built at the Dells, you can ride everything from roller coasters to bumper cars to tea cups and try to win prizes at the arcade. And the many slides and attractions at Medusa's Indoor Water Park include Anaconda, the 10-story-high tube slide.
