With almost 22 acres of land, The Falls Village, a Bluegreen resort, is nestled in the woods amid the hills and valleys of the Ozark Mountains. The picnic area, complete with barbeque grills, is not only a place to eat, but also a place to meet other owners and make new friends. After eating and greeting, you can challenge the kids (or your new friends) to a game of mini-golf, shuffleboard or horseshoes. Or you can swim in your choice of indoor or outdoor pools. For children, there is also a covered kid’s pool, playground and game room.

Each The Falls Village studio, one- and two-bedroom vacation home will greet you with warm, contemporary décor and the wooded views will soothe you. Settle in for the night in front of the 52-inch surround-sound TV or enjoy a relaxing, romantic soak in a heart-shaped whirlpool tub (selected homes only). Private balconies offer a place to relax and reflect amidst the beauty of the Ozark Mountains. A full kitchen gives you the freedom to prepare your own meals, or safely store leftovers from a night out on the town. Needless to say, it’s nice to have such amenities offered by The Falls Village such as a washer and dryer, DVD player, cable TV, blenders, coffee makers, and even a dishwasher. You’ll find yourself right at home with Branson, Missouri.

Great place to stay if you want to be close to the shows and all the Branson has to offer. Use the alternate routes and avoid 76 hwy when you can.

Would have loved to have brought our cat, Betsey, but a no pets policy. We enjoyed White Water, the Amazing Pets show, shopping downtown at Dick’s 5 & 10, enjoyed the free water/music show down on Branson Landing. Always a good time in Branson!!! Had a wonderful weekend with friends!!! Great place to stay, and the only complaint is with the grill facilities. Need atleast 2 more grills per area.
    Loved our stay though!!

No pets are allowed at this resort. Other reviews are in the middle as far as accomadations etc. We were to stay at Big Cedar and now they want us to stay here. I am not thrilled and I have not even got there yet. The pictures they show are ot all from The Falls. Some are from Big Cedar lodge.

We have stayed at The Falls Village several times and have enjoyed it each time. Everyone at front desk is very friendly and helpful. The VIP department is also very helpful. We take our kids and grandkids there several times a year, so close to several shows, Silver Dollar City and White Water.

We made our first timeshare purchase during a visit to Falls Village several
years ago. And even though we have never owned there we consider Falls Village our home resort. We come back three or four times each year partly because Branson is so close to home. But mostly because it is our favorite
of all the other resorts we have visited. In 2009 I even invited members of
the Class of ’56 for our annual reunion. They loved it too.

Please consider a unit where we can bring our pets…….. Please. I know many, many people would be much more travel happy if they were able to bring the little 4 legged family members. Many are much less destructive than some children. Fully understand many would not want to stay where pets have stayed, but pets that travel make good little guests. Just have 1 unit that’s for pet owners.

We love to stay at the Falls. We love that they are not pet friendly. We love the staff and the facilities. We go a couple of times a year and always have a good time, so much to do in Branson. Love the fact that often we can get in on Bonus time instead of using points.
