Orlando’s Sunshine Resort™

There are many resorts in Orlando, but few offer the convenient location of Orlando’s Sunshine Resort. Just minutes from the hustle and bustle of popular Orlando attractions like Walt Disney World®, Universal Studios® and SeaWorld®, the resort also offers a peaceful respite where you can unwind and plan for another day of excitement.

Of course, there’s always something to do at the resort to keep your Orlando vacation filled with fun without even leaving the resort. Sit out on your screened-in porch and read a book; soak in the Florida sun by the pool; or organize a game of shuffleboard. If you’re looking for action but can’t quite handle another day of popular Orlando attractions, grab a racket and challenge your mate to a game of tennis instead. Then, soothe your aching muscles in the sauna or hot tub. You’ll appreciate the convenience of the poolside snack bar, too.

There’s plenty of activities to keep the kids busy as well. From splashing around in the kiddy pool to arts and crafts, the kids are sure to enjoy their Orlando vacation. Or, send them to Wet n’ Wild®, one of Orlando’s premier water parks, located right down the street.

For transportation, the resort sells 1-, 3-, 5- and 7-day passes for the International Drive trolley. Catch the trolley next door to the resort for travel up and down the action-packed thoroughfare.

These spacious, colorful two-bedroom Orlando vacation villas invite you to settle in for the perfect vacation retreat. Fully equipped for the perfect vacation, you can wake up to the smell of freshly brewed coffee then grab everything you need to prepare breakfast from the refrigerator. A soothing dip your private whirlpool bath is the perfect ending to a busy day. Or maybe you’d prefer to watch the sunset from your screened-in balcony/porch. No matter what, Orlando accommodations like this will surely make your Orlando vacation a memorable one.

Area Info
Orlando is famous for being America’s favorite vacation destination because of its lineup of world-renowned attractions, theme parks and all-around family fun.

Walt Disney World® exists in a dimension of its own along with four other theme parks including Magic Kingdom® and Epcot®. The Universal Orlando Resort is home to some of the biggest names in entertainment: Universal Studios®, Islands of Adventure® and CityWalk®. SeaWorld Orlando is a great way to spend the day by the “pool,” except this pool houses the world’s most famous killer whale, Shamu. After your visit with Shamu, make sure you check out the thrilling floorless roller coaster or the new water park.

The sun is always out and the skies are always blue, so get outside and soak up some all-natural fun. Some very special friends are waiting for you at Discovery Cove, Orlando’s reservation-only adventure park. Swim with a bottlenose dolphin or introduce your family to a family of rays. Snorkel through schools of exotic fish or spread your wings with hundreds of beautiful birds in a free-flight aviary. Make sure you don’t miss the bus to Crystal River, home to Florida’s water elephant, a.k.a. manatee. The two-hour bus ride is well worth it to snorkel with an endangered species. Mention Florida and most people think airboats and alligators. How true! Boggy Creek Airboat Rides zoom across the marshlands of Lake Toho in search of every creature you think of when you hear the word Florida.

Blue Spring State Park

Several seasonal residents move into Florida towns to pass the winter, but none are more unusual or intriguing than the winter inhabitants of Orange Park, with their telltale snouts, pancake-like tails and giant gray bellies.
